Amberwood & Friends Christmas Par-Tee

An evening of dinner and dancing to kick off the holiday season!

When: Saturday, November 30th. 5pm Cocktail Hour. 6pm Dinner.

Cost: $85.00 /person includes 3 course meal, formal coffee and tea service, tax, tip and entertainment (Maximum of 10 tickets)

IMPORTANT: Please email thomaswoodwardottawa@gmail.com your name, the name of all of your guests AND all of your choices for starter and main course. (the menu is below)

In the Spirit of Christmas, we are collecting voluntary donations for the Stittsville Food Bank.

* Salad - beet, arugula, quinoa, pickled onion, pistachio, goat cheese and aged balsamic .... OR

* Soup - butternut squash, maple, pepitas and creme fraiche

Main Course: (Choose ONE item)

* Roasted turkey - Stuffing, Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, Mashed Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts .... OR

* Pomegranate Cranberry Salmon - Sauteed Kale, Lemon Mashed Potatoes, Chiffonade Snap Peas & Sugared Lemon

Dessert: Gingerbread Mousse, Brown Sugar Caramel & Gingersnap
